Fanart for one of the most interesting hip hop acts out there. Like his label-mate Professor Elemental, BOMBADEAL eschews the stereotypical hip hop subject matter of bling and fast cars, preferring instead to rap about wizards, witch doctors and hobgoblins. He uses folk music samples and storybook style spoken word interludes (narrated by what sounds like a cider-guzzling country bumpkin) to create a truly original and mesmerizing sound. His first two Tolkien-esque efforts are available for purchase now, and next year will see him release his full-length GREEN MAN album which I am very much looking forward to.
Tom Caruana’s Tea Sea Records habitually puts out this kind of amazingness and in my opinion tis well worth investing some of your pocket money in their back catalogue. Tell ‘em the Ghost sent you.
